need attention. A complete head and neck examination
will be completed at this visit. This includes:

*State-of-the-Art Digital
X-rays
*Diagnostic models (when indicated)
After collecting this information, we will provide
you with a complete treatment plan according to your
needs and personal priorities. We will also discuss
our fees and financial options to help you achieve
the smile and function that you deserve.
