They are many ways to whiten your teeth, from the power
(laser bleaching),the professional home treatments,
to the ones available over the counter. At our office
we recommend the home treatments; A splint is custom
made for you to fit precisely over your teeth.
You place a gel in the splint and wear it two (2) half
hour periods for the day whitening and overnight for
the night system, for about two weeks. This method is
simpler, less expensive and just as effective as the
laser system. This system provides great results. The
over-the-counter systems do not provide this dramatic
result, and some of them can be harmful to your teeth
and gums.
